Hazmat Reports

Hazpro Environmental is able to facilitate our clients in producing a Building Hazmat Report. A report is now required by many of the municipalities before they will issue a building permit needed for a renovation project or a demolition permit. WorkSafeBC requires that a HAZMAT report is on site and ready for their inspection for any structure built before 1990 in order to insure the safety of the construction staff on site. Failure to have this report can result in WorkSafeBC shutting down the job or even issuing fines.

We at Hazpro Environmental believe that you should have this report in place before starting a renovation project in order to keep your family safe. We can come to any location in the Victoria area and sample material suspect of containing asbestos such as Vermiculite and we cab have it analyzed by an independent lab for as low as $100.
